Always lookout for a bargain!

When you are in town keep an eye on /Trade chat.  Sometimes, you can find material farmers who want to sell a lot of an item quickly for a reduced price.  You can purchase these materials and then turn them into something worth more money for some quick cash.  One good idea is to look for Herbalist’s selling stacks of Herbs and then ask a Guild Member to make you Darkmoon Cards, or Flasks to sell on the Auction Hall.  If you don’t have a guild member that can make something out of your items for you just try asking in /Trade chat for someone to work for tips.  It can take a while to find someone to do so for you but in WoW if you don’t have friends with skills, you can always buy some!

How to quickly find an NPC.

If you are stuck looking for an N.P.C. and you can’t seem to find him anywhere.  Just type “/target NPC-NAME” to target the NPC when you are close, then assign him/her a Raid Marker Icon.  This will give you a graphic that you can see through walls, terrain, or other obstacles.

Earn Faction Reputation while you Level from 80-85

You can earn a lot of Faction Reputation while you are leveling from 80-85 just by doing quests in the right area! This can help you get better gear when you get to level 85, and other items like Epic Mounts, Shoulder Slot Enchantments, and more!

Level 80-81 Earthen Ring (Vash’Jir/Depholm), Guardians of Hyjal (Mount Hyjal)

Level 82 Therazane (Deepholm)

Level 83 Ramkahen (Uldum)

Level 84 Dragonmaw Clan / Wildhammer Clan (Twilight Highlands)

Hold more loot!

Nobody can argue that the more loot you can hold the less you have to buy off of the Auction Hall.   Saving materials for a long time can be quite profitable, and It’s pretty easy to get yourself set up with a couple of characters to  hold all of your precious loot!  Just make yourself another character, and run him to the nearest capitol city.  Here, he will have access to the Auction Hall, Bank, and other players for conducting Player to Player transactions.  If you have a lot of loot that you hold on to like I do, It might help to have more than one mule to hold your gear.   For example, I have one that holds all Food/Herbs.  I have another mule that holds Ore/Gems.  I have yet a third mule that I send all B.o.E. items that I find to, so I can have a guild member disenchant them for me! The more loot you can hold, the better!  You can use these tips to give yourself more room, for more loot!
